PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hull structure and ship capable of reducing the deformation of the access hole peripheral edge in a girder member and of easily repairing it even if it is deformed.SOLUTION: A hull structure comprises the girder member 28 which has an access hole 33 and extends toward transverse direction or vertical direction of the hull, and the stringer member 24 orthogonal to the girder member 28, which is located close to the access hole 33 together with passing through in the vertical direction, and since the access hole 33 is adjacent to the stringer member 24 in such a way that a part 35 of the stringer member 24 forms a part of the peripheral edge of the access hole 33 in the girder member 28, the deformable portion at the peripheral edge of the access hole 33 close to the stringer member 24 in the girder member 28 is reduced as compared with conventional art.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
