PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device and a suspension control device capable of reducing costs while securing a ride comfort for a saddle-riding type vehicle.SOLUTION: A suspension device S according to the present invention includes: a front-wheel-side damper FD which can adjust damping force and which is provided between a vehicle body B of a saddle-riding type vehicle and a front wheel FW; a rear-wheel-side damper RD which can adjust damping force and which is provided between the vehicle body B and a rear wheel RW; and a control device c that controls the damping force of the front-wheel-side damper FD and that of the rear-wheel-side damper RD. The responsiveness in adjustment of the damping force of the front-wheel-side damper D is set to be higher than the responsiveness in adjustment of the damping force of the rear-wheel-side damper D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】鞍乗車両における乗心地を確保しつつもコストを低減できるサスペンション装置およびサスペンション制御装置の提供である。【解決手段】本発明のサスペンション装置Sは、減衰力調整可能であって鞍乗車両における車体Bと前輪FWとの間に介装される前輪側緩衝器FDと、減衰力調整可能であって車体Bと後輪RWとの間に介装される後輪側緩衝器RDと、前輪側緩衝器FDと後輪側緩衝器RDの減衰力を制御する制御装置Cとを備え、前輪側緩衝器FDの減衰力調整における応答性を後輪側緩衝器RDにおける減衰力調整における応答性よりも高応答とした。【選択図】図1
