PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric brake device which can maintain the lubrication of a screw mechanism.SOLUTION: A device comprises: "a piston having a piston internal peripheral face at an internal peripheral face"; "a shaft having a shaft external peripheral face overlapping on a piston internal peripheral face in an axial direction at an external peripheral face, and having a shaft internal peripheral face at an internal peripheral face"; "a screw mechanism which converts a rotation motion of the shaft to a linear motion of the piston, and is arranged inside the shaft internal peripheral face"; "a cap which has an external peripheral seal slide-contacting with a piston internal peripheral face at an external peripheral face, and an internal peripheral seal slide-contacting with a shaft external peripheral face at an internal peripheral face, and is movable to an axial direction"; and "a storage chamber which is partitioned by the cap, one end of the screw mechanism, the piston internal peripheral face and the shaft external peripheral face, and in which a lubricant is stored". The cap has a cylindrical shape which is sealed by a top part having a penetration circular hole, the internal peripheral seal is fixed into the penetration circular hole, and the external peripheral seal is fixed to a cylindrical external peripheral end part which is located at a side opposite to the penetration circular hole in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】 電動制動装置において、ねじ機構の潤滑が維持され得るものを提供する。【解決手段】 装置は、「内周にピストン内周面を有するピストン」と、「外周にピストン内周面と軸方向にてオーバラップするシャフト外周面を有し、内周にシャフト内周面を有するシャフト」と、「シャフトの回転運動をピストンの直線運動に変換し、シャフト内周面の内側に配置されるねじ機構」と、「ピストン内周面に外周で摺接する外周シール、及び、シャフト外周面に内周で摺接する内周シールを有し、軸方向に移動可能なキャップ」と、「キャップ、ねじ機構の一方端、ピストン内周面、及び、シャフト外周面によって区画され、潤滑剤が充填される貯蔵室」と、を備える。キャップは、貫通円孔を有するトップ部にて封をされた円筒形状を有し、内周シールは貫通円孔に固定され、外周シールは、軸方向において、貫通円孔とは反対側に位置する円筒形状の外周端部に固定される。【選択図】図4
