PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount of repair in a central device as compared with a case in which information of an area where a mobile communication instrument is present is added to data to be transmitted from a roadside wireless communication instrument to the central device, and furthermore to enable the central device to determine an area where the mobile communication instrument is present.SOLUTION: The roadside wireless communication device is provided that comprises: a receiving unit which wirelessly receives information data transmitted from a mobile communication device and including information allowing for identification of a position of the mobile communication device; and a transmitting unit which transmits to the central device, mobile object information included in the information data wirelessly received at the receiving unit. The roadside wireless communication device further comprises a determination unit that on the basis of the information data wirelessly received by the receiving unit, determines an area where the mobile communication device being the transmission source of the information data is present. The transmitting unit is configured to transmit the mobile object information to the central device by using a different communication session established according to the area determined by the determination unit between the roadside wireless communication device and the central device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
