PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise control device that the ship position is difficult to catch by the underwater radiation noise.SOLUTION: A noise control device 10 includes: a noise control unit 30 having at least two of sub-control units, namely, a fin inclination control unit 31 to adjust inclination of the fins in-phase with each other installed respectively on both gunwales of a ship, a bubble-generation amount control unit 32 to adjust the bubble amount generating into the water from the ship by a bubble generation unit 52, a main engine noise control unit 33 to change the main shaft rotational speed and the propeller pitch of the ship at the same speed and a noise generation control unit 34 to adjust the noise generated by a noise generation unit 54 installed on the bottom of the ship; and a noise management unit 20 to collectively manage each command to at least two sub-control units based on the noise frequency mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
