To provide a cargo handling operation allocation system which enables a manned vehicle to execute cargo handling operation originally allocated to an unmanned vehicle and can reduce a chance that the unmanned vehicle and the manned vehicle travel in an identical area.SOLUTION: A cargo handling operation allocation system S comprises: an operation information storage section 21 which stores information on a plurality of cargo handling operation; an operation selection section 23 which selects manned operation to be allocated to a forklifts 1 (manned vehicles) functional in a manned operation mode and unmanned operation to be allocated to the forklifts 1 (unmanned vehicles) functional in an unmanned operation mode from the plurality of cargo handling operation; and a transmitting and receiving section 24 which transmits information on the manned operation to the manned vehicles and the information on the unmanned operation to the unmanned vehicles. The operation selection section 23 selects the manned operation and unmanned operation so that a manned vehicle travel area where all the manned vehicles travel to execute the manned operation is separated from an unmanned vehicle travel area where all the unmanned vehicles travel to execute the unmanned operation on the basis of operation contents with respect to the plurality of cargo handling operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】無人車が行う予定の荷役作業を無人車に代わって有人車が行うことができ、かつ、有人車と無人車とが同一のエリアを走行する機会を低減することが可能な荷役作業割当システムを提供する。【解決手段】荷役作業割当システムSは、複数の荷役作業に係る情報を記憶する作業情報記憶部21と、複数の荷役作業から有人運転モードで動作するフォークリフト1(有人車)に割り当てる有人作業と無人運転モードで動作するフォークリフト1(無人車)に割り当てる無人作業を選定する作業選定部23と、有人作業に係る情報を有人車に送信し、無人作業に係る情報を無人車に送信する送受信部24とを備える。作業選定部23は、全ての有人車が有人作業を行うために走行する有人車走行エリアと、全ての無人車が無人作業を行うために走行する無人車走行エリアとが、複数の荷役作業に係る作業内容に基づいて区切られるように、有人作業および無人作業を選定する。【選択図】図2
