To provide a swing stop method of a hoisted load and a crane capable of quickly predicting a maximum swing angle of the swing caused in hoisting the hoisted load with a rope and suppressing the swing in a short time in response to the predicted result.SOLUTION: The swing stop method of a hoisted load of a crane, includes: a step of acquiring measurement information of a swing angle of the hoisted load or a swing displacement of the hoisted load and information of a length of a rope during the change in the position of the hoisted load due to the swing of the hoisted load that is caused when the hoisted load is hoisted with the rope by a trolley; a step of predicting the maximum swing angle by using the measurement information of the hoisted load and the information of the rope length after acquiring the measurement information and the information of the rope length and before the timing when the hoisted load during the change reaches a position of the maximum swing angle of the hoisted load first; and a step of determining the necessity of stopping the swing of the hoisted load in accordance with the predicted result of the maximum swing angle and stopping the swing when the swing stop is determined to be necessary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】吊り荷をロープで吊り上げた時に発生する振れの最大振れ角度を迅速に予測し、予測結果に応じて振れを短時間に抑制することができる吊り荷の振れ止め方法及びクレーンを提供する。【解決手段】クレーンにおける吊り荷の振れ止め方法は、トロリがロープで吊り荷を吊り上げたときに発生する吊り荷の振れによる前記吊り荷の位置の変動中、前記吊り荷の振れ角度あるいは前記吊り荷の振れ変位の計測情報と前記ロープ長の情報を取得するステップと、前記計測情報と前記ロープ長の情報の取得後、変動中の前記吊り荷が最初に前記吊り荷の最大振れ角度の位置に到達するタイミングの前に、前記吊り荷の前記計測情報と前記ロープ長の情報を用いて前記最大振れ角度を予測するステップと、前記最大振れ角度の予測結果に応じて、前記吊り荷の振れ止めの要否を判定し、前記判定が振れ止め要の場合、前記振れ止めを行うステップと、を含む。【選択図】 図3
