To provide a vehicle body frame that can reduce a maximum load required to bend a frame member at the time of a collision and can effectively absorb collision energy due to the collision.SOLUTION: A vehicle body frame includes frame members 5A11,5A12 arranged in a direction in which a load is applied at the time of a collision and deformable to be bent at a predetermined bending position by the collision and a bend restriction member 5A2 arranged along the frame members and connected to one of the frame members in an area thereof on the border with the predetermined bending position. The bend restriction member is separated from the other of the frame members in the other area until one of the frame members is bent with a predetermined amount, and in the meantime the bent restriction is brought into interference with the other of the frame members when one of the frame members is bent with the predetermined amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
