PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of guiding a flooding point by the method corresponding to an avoidable possibility.SOLUTION: A flooding point guidance system includes a flooding information acquisition part for acquiring flooding information showing a position of a detection vehicle and the presence or absence of a flooding in a flooding sensor provided with the detection vehicle; a flooding point acquisition part for acquiring a flooding point in which the flooding is detected by the detection vehicle based on the flooding information; and a guidance method setting part for setting a guidance method of the flooding point so as to guide the flooding point by intensifying the flooding point according as the avoidable possibility is as low as possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
