PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turn direction indicating device that can achieve stability of cancellation torque.SOLUTION: A turn direction indicating device 10 comprises an operation lever 20 that turns from a neutral position to a first operating position or a second operating position, an actuator 30 that turns together with the operation lever, a release body 80 provided on the actuator, and a ratchet cam 60 that is provided on the actuator such that it is rotatable and also movable forward and backward, and that contacts the release body to apply, to the release body, force that makes the operation lever return to the neutral position by being turned by a cancellation cam 201 that turns by interlocking with a steering shaft. A contact surface 83 in the release body with the ratchet cam includes a first region 83a located on a turning axis side of the actuator and a second region 83b located on a turning axis side of the ratchet cam. In the contact surface 83, regarding an angle slanting with respect to a straight line connecting the turning axis of the actuator and the turning axis of the ratchet cam, the angle of the first region is larger than that of the second region in a condition where the operation lever is in the neutral position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
