PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for display unit and display unit, capable of suppressing discomfort from being given to an occupant of a mobile body.SOLUTION: A controller 10 for a display unit 100 provides an image acquisition function, a posture calculation function, a coordinate system correction function, a rotational center setting function, a coordinate system correction function and a display control function. The controller 10 acquires posture information of an own vehicle which is a mobile body from the own vehicle. The controller 10 acquires, as posture information, a longitudinal acceleration detected by a longitudinal acceleration sensor 42, a lateral acceleration detected by a lateral acceleration sensor 43, a steering amount detected by a steering angle sensor 44 and an evaluation value of a posture of the own vehicle detected by the posture sensor 45. In addition, the controller projects data of a picked-up image of the camera 20 into a predetermined rotational spacial coordinate system, creates a video with the own vehicle and the circumference of the own vehicle viewed from a virtual viewpoint and displays the video on a display unit 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】移動体の乗員に違和感を与えることを抑制する表示装置の制御方法及び表示装置を提供する。【解決手段】表示装置100の制御装置10は、画像取得機能と、姿勢算出機能と、座標系設定機能と、回転中心設定機能と、座標系補正機能と、表示制御機能とを実現する。制御装置10は、移動体である自車両の姿勢情報を自車両から取得する。制御装置10は、前後加速度センサ42が検出した前後加速度、横加速度センサ43が検出した横加速度、操舵角センサ44が検出した操舵量、姿勢センサ45が検出した自車両の姿勢の評価値を、姿勢情報として取得する。また、カメラ20の撮像画像のデータを所定の回転立体座標系に投影し、仮想視点から自車両及び自車両の周囲を見た映像を生成し、ディスプレイ70に表示させる。【選択図】図1
