PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water surface travelling device capable of accurately travelling along a shortest path or an arbitrary travelling path to a desired position.SOLUTION: A water surface travelling device 10 includes: a first propulsion force generation unit having a body 100, a propeller 211, and a motor 212; a second propulsion force generation unit having a propeller 221 and a motor 222; and a controller 30. The body 100 floats on a water surface and the shape of a horizontal section of a submerged unit is circular, almost circular, or a regular polygon with 5 or more angles. The first propulsion force generation unit 1 and the second propulsion force generation unit are arranged on a top surface side of the body and in a position which is almost symmetrical to a center-of-gravity point of the submerged unit. The controller 30 controls propulsion force of the first propulsion force generation unit and the propulsion force of the second propulsion force generation unit separately.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
