PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable charging current control reflecting the condition of standing deterioration being reversible deterioration in a battery consisting of a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: A charge control device for an on-vehicle battery includes a standing resistance increase rate calculation section 62 and a permissible charging current value calculation section 68. The standing resistance increase rate calculation section 62 obtains a standing resistance increase rate Ra(i) being a reversible resistance component on the basis of SOC and a temperature of a main battery 10 when the main battery 10 is not being charged/discharged. The permissible charging current value calculation section 68 obtains a permissible charging current value Ilim(i)' into the main battery 10 on the basis of the obtained standing resistance increase rate Ra(i).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】リチウムイオン二次電池からなるバッテリにおいて、可逆的な劣化である放置劣化の状態を反映させた充電電流制御を可能とする。【解決手段】車載バッテリの充電制御装置は、放置抵抗増加率算出部62及び許容充電電流値算出部68を備える。放置抵抗増加率算出部62は、メインバッテリ10の充放電が行われていないときに、当該メインバッテリ10のSOC及び温度に基づいて可逆的な抵抗成分である放置抵抗増加率Ra(i)を求める。許容充電電流値算出部68は、求められた放置抵抗増加率Ra(i)に基づいて、メインバッテリ10への許容充電電流値Ilim(i)’を求める。【選択図】図2
