PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin sheet capable of satisfactorily transferring heat, the resin sheet, a method for manufacturing a structure employing the resin sheet, the structure, and an airframe employing the resin sheet.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a resin sheet 10 includes an application step, a heating step, and a pressurization step. In the application step, a linear metal nanomaterial 14 is applied on the surface of a thermoplastic resin film 12. In the heating step, the resin film 12 with the linear metal nanomaterial 14 applied on the surface is heated and softened. In the pressurization step, the resin film 12 with the linear metal nanomaterial 14 applied on the surface is pressurized so that the linear metal nanomaterial 14 is pressed along the direction orthogonal to the surface applied with the linear metal nanomaterial 14. This allows the applied linear metal nanomaterial 14 to come into the resin film 12 to obtain the resin sheet 10 containing the linear metal nanomaterial 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】十分に熱を伝達することができる樹脂シートの製造方法及び樹脂シートと、その樹脂シートを用いた構造体の製造方法、構造体及び航空機機体を提供すること。【解決手段】樹脂シート10の製造方法は、塗布ステップと、加熱ステップと、加圧ステップと、を含む。塗布ステップでは、熱可塑性を有する樹脂フィルム12の表面に、線状金属ナノ材料14を塗布する。加熱ステップでは、表面に線状金属ナノ材料14が塗布された樹脂フィルム12を加熱して軟化させる。加圧ステップでは、表面に線状金属ナノ材料14が塗布された樹脂フィルム12を、線状金属ナノ材料14が塗布された面に直交する方向に沿って、線状金属ナノ材料14を押し付けるように加圧する。これにより、塗布された線状金属ナノ材料14を、樹脂フィルム12に潜り込ませて、線状金属ナノ材料14を含む樹脂シート10を得る。【選択図】図2
