PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an emission amount of carbon dioxide relating to load delivery.SOLUTION: The above-described problem is accomplished by a delivery plan preparation program making a computer perform processing for: selecting a detour base on an outermost route in a route map indicating a route for returning to a reference base via a plurality of bases of delivery destinations from the reference base for starting load delivery; setting a base ID for specifying the selected base to collection base IDs, and storing the base ID in a storage unit; referring to daily delivery information for which load quantity is equalized in a predetermined period previously stored in the storage unit; changing a first delivery scheduled date of load delivery information including the collection base IDs stored in the storage unit to a second delivery scheduled date on which the number of the collection base IDs is a first threshold or more; and changing the second delivery scheduled date of delivery information that designates one or more base IDs different from the collection base IDs to the first delivery scheduled date, among base IDs common to the delivery information on the second delivery scheduled date and the delivery information on the first delivery scheduled date.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
