PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit sufficient sound insulating performance while ensuring sufficient strength required for an interior panel.SOLUTION: Since a plate-like substrate layer 12 of an interior panel 10 for a railway vehicle has a double corrugated type developable surface, the strength of the substrate layer is improved as compared with a conventional simple plate-like substrate layer. Accordingly, the strength equivalent to that of the conventional interior panel can be obtained by the substrate layer 12 that is thinner than that of the conventional one. Although the reduction in thickness of the substrate layer 12 may result in deterioration of sound insulating performance, the amount of decrease in the sound insulating performance is secured by a sound absorbing layer 14 which is laminated on a surface of the substrate layer 12 or the sound quality of noise transmitting through the interior panel 10 for a railway vehicle is adjusted by the sound absorbing layer 14 so that the volume in a harsh frequency region can be reduced. Further, the sharpness in a contact side 12b and a convex peak part 12c of a parallelogram 12a constituting the double corrugated type developable surface of the substrate layer 12 is leveled so as to improve the touch feeling of passengers and the like when contacting the surface of the interior panel 10 for a railway vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】内装パネルに必要な強度を確保しつつ、遮音性についても十分な性能を発揮させる。【解決手段】鉄道車両用内装パネル10は、板状の基板層12が二重波型可展面の態様をなすことで、単なる板状の基板層よりも強度が向上するものとなる。従って、従来の内装パネルと同等の強度を従来よりも薄い基板層12によって得ることが可能となる。一方、基板層12の薄型化に起因して遮音性の低下を来すこととなるが、この点については、基板層12の表面に積層された吸音層14によって遮音性の低下分を担保し、もしくは、遮音層14により鉄道車両用内装パネル10を透過する騒音の音質を調整して、耳障りな周波数域のボリュームを低減することが可能となる。又、基板層12の二重波型可展面を構成する平行四辺形12aの接辺12bや凸状頂部12cの尖りを均し、鉄道車両用内装パネル10の表面に、乗客等が接触する際の当たりを和らげることが可能となる。【選択図】図1
