PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure of a drive axle capable of enhancing an effect of loosening stop while preventing an increase in weight or an increase in the number of assembling processes.SOLUTION: A support structure of a drive axle is such that a power transmission mechanism (A), which transmits power of a power source, and driving wheels (WR) are fixed to a drive axle (70) which is rotatably supported by a support part (53) included in a vehicle (1). Herein, a female screw (78) is formed on an internal surface of a hollow formed at an end of the drive axle (70). By tightening a bolt (60) to be engaged with the female screw (78), the power transmission mechanism (A) is fixed to the drive axle (70). A step (76) is formed between a small-diameter part (71) and a large-diameter part (72) formed on a periphery of the drive axle (70). Owing to the step (76), the position in an axial direction of the power transmission mechanism (A) fixed to the small-diameter part (71) is restricted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
