PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation actuator with a novel structure, capable of stably assembling a yoke member, and reducing an usage amount of high-cost permanent magnets or avoiding a characteristic deterioration of the permanent magnet thermal demagnetization, while suppressing a fastening force applied to the permanent magnet.SOLUTION: In a vibration isolation actuator 10, a magnet member 28 is constructed so as to include: a plurality of permanent magnets 64 arranged in a peripheral direction while being alternately separated; a pair of yoke members 60 and 62 which are made of a ferromagnetic material arranged on both sides in an axial direction of the plurality of permanent magnets 64; a spacer member 82 which is made of a non-magnetic material for regulating an inter-distance in the axial direction of the pair of yoke members 60 and 62 while being arranged between the peripheral directions of the plurality of permanent magnets 60 and 62; and a fixing member 90 that fixes the pair of yoke members 60 and 62 at a regulation position of the inter-distance in the axial direction by the spacer member 82.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
