PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which allows you to response to complicated situations in surrounding environments.SOLUTION: The environment recognition system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a sensor device for detecting brightness information on the brightness of surrounding environments; and an information processing device for calculating an environmental information group including the degree of brightness in the surrounding environments and a determination factor of the brightness by inputting the brightness information obtained by the sensor device into a learning device which has been caused to learn to recognize the degree of brightness in the surrounding environments and the determination factor of the brightness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
