PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve excellent maintainability in an electric connection structure of a rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: An electric connection structure (S) is applied to a housing (100), which houses a rotary electric machine and has a through hole (110) which penetrates between the interior and the exterior, and inputs/outputs electric power or signals related to the rotary electric machine. The electric connection structure (S) is provided with: a connector (200) which is inserted through the through hole (110); a seal part (250) which seals an area between an outer periphery part of the connector (200) and the through hole (110) to hold the inner side of the housing (100) in an air-tight manner; and a grommet (300) including a ring part (310) which covers the seal part (250) from the outer side of the housing (100).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
