PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new determination criterion about ON-fixed fault of a main relay.SOLUTION: A ground fault detector which is connected to a non-grounded high-voltage battery whose connection state with a load can be switched by a main relay and detects ground fault of a system provided with a high-voltage battery includes: a detection capacitor operating as a flying capacitor; a switch group which switches a passage discharging the detection capacitor to a measurement passage that includes the high-voltage battery, an insulation resistance between the high-voltage battery and grounding, and the detection capacitor; and a control part which determines ON-fixed fault of the main relay on the basis of a difference between a voltage change amount at a prescribed minute time of the detection capacitor when switching to the measurement passage while the main relay is switch controlled to on, and a voltage change amount in the prescribed minute time of the detection capacitor when switching to the measurement passage while the main relay is switch controlled to off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】メインリレーのオン固着の新たな判定基準を提供する。【解決手段】負荷との接続状態がメインリレーで切り換えられる、非接地の高電圧バッテリと接続し、高電圧バッテリが設けられた系の地絡を検出する地絡検出装置であって、フライングキャパシタとして動作する検出用コンデンサと、検出用コンデンサを放電する経路から、高電圧バッテリと、高電圧バッテリと接地との絶縁抵抗と、検出用コンデンサとを含んだ測定経路に切り換えるスイッチ群と、メインリレーがオンに切換制御されているときの、測定経路に切り換えた際の検出用コンデンサの所定微小時間における電圧変化量と、メインリレーがオフに切換制御さているときの、測定経路に切り換えた際の検出用コンデンサの所定微小時間における電圧変化量との差に基づいて、メインリレーのオン固着を判定する制御部とを備える。【選択図】図1
