PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve capable of suppressing increase in size of a valve element in the direction of the rotation axis.SOLUTION: A flow control valve CV has a first state in which a third discharge port E3 of a housing 1 is always in communication with a third opening M3 of a valve element 3 and the communication state between a first opening M1 and a second opening M2 of the valve element 3 varies, and a second state in which the third discharge port E3 of the housing 1 is always in non-communication with the third opening M3 of the valve element 3 and the communication state between the first opening M1 and the second opening M2 of the valve element 3 varies. In the flow control valve CV, the first opening M1 and the second opening M2 are formed in different circumferential positions on the outer peripheral surface of the valve element 3 to at least partially overlap in the direction of the rotation axis of the valve element 3, and the third opening M3 is formed in parallel to the first opening M1 in the direction of the rotation axis of the valve element 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】弁体の回転軸方向の大型化を抑制することができる流量制御弁を提供する。【解決手段】流量制御弁CVは、ハウジング1の第3排出口E3と弁体3の第3開口部M3とが常時連通し、弁体3の第1開口部M1及び第2開口部M2の連通状態が変化する第1状態と、ハウジング1の第3排出口E3と弁体3の第3開口部M3とが常時非連通となり、弁体3の第1開口部M1及び第2開口部M2の連通状態が変化する第2状態と、を有する。そして、この流量制御弁CVでは、第1開口部M1と第2開口部M2とが、弁体3の外周面上の異なる周方向位置に、少なくとも一部が弁体3の回転軸方向において重合するように形成されると共に、第3開口部M3が、第1開口部M1に対して弁体3の回転軸方向に並列に形成されている。【選択図】図6
