PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power control system that can suppress purchased electric energy to suppress electric charge from increasing when electric power can be supplied from a commercial power supply in a non-connection time in which an on-vehicle storage battery is not connected to a power conditioner, and also extend a time in which electric power can be supplied to electric equipment while suppressing amenity that a resident has from decreasing if power failure occurs to the commercial power supply.SOLUTION: An electric power control system 100 comprises: a power conditioner 10 which can be connected to a DC power supply including an on-vehicle battery 3, and converts DC electric power supplied from the DC power supply into AC electric power and outputs the AC electric power; a cable run 20 which can supply the AC electric power that the power conditioner 10 outputs and AC electric power supplied from a commercial power supply 2 to apparatuses 14, 15 and 16; and an electric power control device 30 which controls power consumptions of the electric apparatuses 14, 15 and 16 based upon a non-connection time as a time in which the on-vehicle storage battery 3 and power conditioner 10 are not connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車載蓄電池がパワーコンディショナに接続されていない未接続時間において、商用電源から電力の供給を受けられる場合、買電量を抑制して電気料金の上昇を抑制することができ、商用電源が停電している場合、住民の快適性の低下を抑制しつつ、電気機器に電力を供給することができる時間を延ばすことが可能な電力制御システムを得ること。【解決手段】電力制御システム100は、車載蓄電池3を含む直流電源と接続可能であり、直流電源から供給される直流電力を交流電力に変換して出力するパワーコンディショナ10と、パワーコンディショナ10が出力した交流電力と商用電源2から供給される交流電力とを電気機器14,15,16に供給可能な電路20と、車載蓄電池3とパワーコンディショナ10とが接続されていない時間である未接続時間に基づいて、電気機器14,15,16の消費電力を制御する電力制御装置30とを備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
