PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: when the return operation of an accelerator is performed in an HV travel mode, downshift operation according to an EV travel mode is performed, following upshift operation according to the HV travel mode; and, as a result, drivability is deteriorated.SOLUTION: Shift control devices 30 and 80 of a hybrid vehicle according to the present invention select the shift stage of a multistage automatic transmission 60 so that, even at the same vehicle speed, the input shaft rotation speed of the multistage automatic transmission 60 in each of the following modes becomes smaller in the order of: an HV travel mode of transmitting output from at least an internal combustion engine 10 to drive wheels 40L and 40R; an EV travel mode of transmitting output from a rotary electric machine 20 to the drive wheels; and a regenerative travel mode of storing, in a secondary battery 90, power obtained by driving the rotary electric machine by using rotation energy from the drive wheels associated with the turning off of an accelerator during the travel of the vehicle. When the return operation of the accelerator is performed during travel in the HV travel mode, the shift control devices restrict upshift to the shift stage on a higher speed side than the maximum speed shift stage in the EV travel mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】HV走行モードにてアクセルの戻し操作が行われると、HV走行モードに応じたアップシフト操作に続いてEV走行モードに応じたダウンシフト操作が行われ、ドライバビリティが低下する。【解決手段】本発明によるハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置30,80は、同一車速であっても、少なくとも内燃機関10からの出力を駆動輪40L,40Rに伝達するHV走行モード,回転電機20からの出力を駆動輪に伝達するEV走行モード,車両の走行中のアクセルオフに伴う駆動輪からの回転エネルギーによって回転電機を駆動して得られる電力を二次電池90に蓄える回生走行モードの順に、これらのモードでの多段自動変速機60の入力軸回転速度が小さくなるように、多段自動変速機60の変速段を選択し、HV走行モードでの走行中にアクセルの戻し操作が行われた場合、EV走行モードにおける最高速変速段よりも高速側の変速段へのアップシフトを制限する。【選択図】図6
