PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile vehicle which can secure a large space for mounting a battery while inhibiting removal of the battery from a vehicle body during a side collision etc. of the automobile vehicle.SOLUTION: An automobile vehicle 10 includes: side sill parts 20 which are disposed at left and right sides so as to make a pair and have a bag-like cross section in a front view; and a floor panel 30 forming a vehicle cabin lower part and connected with each side sill part 20. The automobile vehicle 10 includes: a battery panel 40 which is disposed below the floor panel 30, connected with each side sill part 20, and supports a battery B. When the battery B moves to one side in a lateral direction and a load is applied from the battery B side to the side sill part 20, movement of the battery B in a side sill part 20 inner direction is allowed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】自動車車両の側面衝突時等にバッテリの車体からの離脱を抑制しつつ、バッテリの搭載スペースを大きく確保することのできる自動車車両を提供する。【解決手段】左右一対に配置され正面視にて袋状の断面を有するサイドシル部20と、車室下部をなし各サイドシル部20に接続されるフロアパネル30と、を備えた自動車車両10において、フロアパネル30の下側に配置され各サイドシル部20に接続されバッテリBを支持するバッテリパネル40を備え、バッテリBが左右方向一方へ移動してサイドシル部20にバッテリB側から負荷が加わった際に、バッテリBのサイドシル部20内側方向への移動が許容されるよう構成した。【選択図】図2
