PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology of determining trajectory of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle control apparatus 10 includes: a detection unit 12 for detecting a wheel track on a road; and a control unit 11 which selectively executes first control to move a vehicle along a standard trajectory, on the basis of trajectory information with the standard trajectory set thereto along the road, and another control to move the vehicle in a control different from the first control on the road where the wheel track has been detected. The detection unit 12 estimates the type of the detected wheel track, for example. The control unit 11 executes second control to move the vehicle along a wheel track when the wheel track is detected on a snowy road.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両の走行軌跡を決定する新たな技術を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の車両制御装置10は、道路上の轍を検出する検出部12と、道路に沿って標準軌跡が設定された軌跡情報に基づき、当該標準軌跡に沿うように自車両を移動させる第1の制御と、轍が検出されている道路上で第1の制御と異なる制御で自車両を移動させる他の制御と、を選択的に実行する制御部11と、を有する。検出部12は、例えば検出した轍の種類を推定する。制御部11は、雪道の轍が検出された場合、この轍に沿って自車両を移動させる第2の制御を実行する。【選択図】図1
