PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool box, a cargo transport vehicle and an ice slurry supply system which achieve high cooling capacity, emit no carbon dioxide and can recycle a cool source.SOLUTION: A cool box 1 comprises: a casing 4 which compartmentalizes a cooling space 5 and has a heat insulation structure; and a bulkhead 6 which is arranged at a position opposite to the casing 4 at least in an upper section of the cooling space 5. In the cooling box, ice slurry 3 which is a mixture of brine and flake ice made by freezing the brine is filled in a gap 50 between the casing 4 and the bulkhead 6. The cool box can include a feed port 40 to feed the ice slurry 3 into the gap 50 and a discharge port 41 to discharge the ice slurry 3 from the gap 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
