PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that information of near-miss spots cannot be collected in a wide range.SOLUTION: A driving characteristic processing section 113 reads data inside a driving characteristic DB 111, and registers a spot where an acceleration exceeds an acceleration threshold set for each driver in a near-miss spot DB 117 as a near-miss spot. A road characteristic processing section 114 reads data inside the driving characteristic DB 111, and registers a spot where an acceleration exceeds an acceleration threshold set for each spot having the same road characteristics in a near-miss spot DB 117 as a near-miss spot. A near-miss similar spot generation section 116 extracts a spot similar to a near-miss spot by referring to a map DB 115, and registers the spot in the near-miss spot DB 117.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
