PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a towing system of a power generator capable of obtaining a reliable result.SOLUTION: A towing system 1 includes: a power generator 4; a towing rope 7 whose one end is connected to the power generator 4; an anchor 6 having a towing rope connection part 24 to which the other end of the towing rope 7 is connected, and arranged on a water bottom side with respect to the power generator 4; a suspending rope 11 whose one end is connected to the anchor 6; a barge 8 having a winch 25 to which the other end of the suspending rope 11 is connected, and arranged so as to float on the water; a towing rope 13 whose one end is connected to the barge 8; and a tugboat 9 to which the other end of the towing rope 13 is connected, and which tows the barge 8. A length L1 of the suspending rope 11 from the anchor 6 to the barge 8 corresponds to a depth at which the anchor 6 is arranged in constitution of running the power generator 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
