The structure includes a grommet 40 (hole insertion part) inserted into a component open hole 212 of the rear bumper 20 and a body open hole 12h, and a mechanically fastening mechanism 30 comprising a tapping screw 32 screwed into the grommet 40. Between an inner peripheral surface of the component open hole 212 of the rear bumper 20 and an outer peripheral surface of the grommet 40, a clearance is formed in a longitudinal direction of the rear bumper 20. On a peripheral edge of the component open hole 212, a projection 214 is formed in the longitudinal direction at a position where head parts 33, 37 (pressing parts) of the tapping screw 32 contact from an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
