PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of specifying a location of a maintenance vehicle accurately without depending on peripheral environment.SOLUTION: A maintenance vehicle has a laser scanner 11 that measures a distance to a peripheral object, a communication device 13 for performing communication with an operating control server 2 of a railway, and a monitoring device 20 that specifies a location of the maintenance vehicle based on information obtained by the laser scanner. The monitoring device stores, in a storage part, an environmental map 31 which is location information of a structure present in a surrounding region where the maintenance vehicle runs, railway GIS information 33 that includes geographical location information of each point on a railway line, and information 34 of a railway line closure section, and specifies the location of the maintenance vehicle by collating the information obtained by the laser scanner and the environmental map, identifies a movable range of the maintenance vehicle based on the railway GIS information and the information of the railway line closure section, and if the location of the maintenance vehicle is determined to be out of the movable range, outputs an alarm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】周辺環境に依存せず、保守車両の位置を正確に特定可能なシステムを提供する。【解決手段】保守車両は、周囲の物体までの距離を計測するレーザスキャナ11と、鉄道の運行管理サーバ2との通信を行うための通信装置13と、レーザスキャナによって得られた情報をもとに保守車両の位置を特定する監視装置20を有する。監視装置は、保守車両の走行する領域の周辺に存在する構造物の位置情報である環境地図31と、鉄道線路上の各地点の地理的位置情報を含む鉄道GIS情報33と、線路閉鎖区間の情報34とを記憶部に記憶しており、レーザスキャナによって得られた情報と環境地図とを照合することで保守車両の位置を特定し、鉄道GIS情報と線路閉鎖区間の情報から保守車両の移動可能範囲を特定し、保守車両の位置が移動可能範囲外にあると判定された場合、警報を出力する。【選択図】図1
