PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unmanned aerial vehicle management device, an unmanned aerial vehicle management method, and a program, capable of providing safety of the unmanned aerial vehicle while correcting a flight path of the unmanned aerial vehicle on the basis of a weather condition.SOLUTION: An unmanned aerial vehicle management device 10 comprises: a route acquisition unit 11 that acquires a flight schedule route of an unmanned aerial vehicle; a weather information acquisition unit 12 that acquires weather information for specifying weather of a flight schedule time in a region including the acquired flight schedule route; and a flight path prediction unit 13 that predicts an actual flight route of the unmanned aerial vehicle on the basis of the flight schedule route and the weather information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
