PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing a probability to perform erroneous determination that passing of a vehicle in a road section is impossible.SOLUTION: An impassable road section estimation system includes: a passing frequency acquisition unit for acquiring a past passing frequency being a passing frequency of a mobile body in a road section in a past period that is the period before a reference time being a time prior to a present time for a predetermined period, and acquiring the latest passing frequency being a passing frequency of the mobile body in the road section in the latest period that is the period between the reference time and the present time; and an impassable road section estimation unit for estimating that the road section where a value obtained by subtracting the latest passing frequency from the past passing frequency is equal to or more than a threshold is estimated as an impassable road section where passing of the mobile body is impossible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
