PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology of producing a rubber composition, by which viscosity is sufficiently reduced without spending time in a kneading process even when a rubber blend with a smaller amount of natural rubber is used.SOLUTION: A production method of a rubber composition is provided, in which 100 PHR of a rubber component consisting of 40 PHR or less of natural rubber and 60 PHR or more of synthetic rubber, and a compounding material comprising 30 PHR to 100 PHR of carbon black, 0.3 PHR or more of a peptizing agent, and a predetermined amount of a vulcanization chemical are kneaded in a hermetic kneading machine to produce a rubber composition. The method includes: a base kneading step of supplying the rubber component and the compounding material excluding the vulcanization chemical to the hermetic kneading machine to knead up to a predetermined rubber temperature, and then discharging the kneaded rubber at a temperature of 150°C or higher from the hermetic kneading machine; and a finish kneading step of supplying the whole amount of the rubber obtained in the base kneading step as well as supplying the vulcanizing chemical to the hermetic kneading machine to knead at a kneading temperature of 90 to 110°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】天然ゴム量が少ないゴム配合であっても、混練加工に時間を掛けることなく十分に粘度低減が図られたゴム組成物の製造技術を提供する。【解決手段】40PHR以下の天然ゴムおよび60PHR以上の合成ゴムから構成されるゴム成分100PHRと、カーボンブラック30PHR〜100PHR、しゃく解剤0.3PHR以上、および所定量の加硫薬品を含む配合材料とを密閉型混練機で混練することによりゴム組成物を製造するゴム組成物の製造方法であって、ゴム成分および配合材料の内から加硫薬品を除く配合材料を密閉型混練機に投入して所定のゴム温度となるまで混練した後、混練されたゴムを150℃以上の温度で密閉型混練機から排出するベース練り工程と、ベース練り工程で得られたゴムの全量を密閉型混練機に投入すると共に加硫薬品を投入し90〜110℃の混練温度で混練りする仕上げ練り工程とを備えているゴム組成物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
