PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lock device that allows a striker to be engaged therewith at a desired position.SOLUTION: The vehicular lock device comprises: a base member having an insertion groove 13 through which a striker is inserted; a lock member 30 that is energized in an engagement direction with respect to the base member to engage with the striker; a movement restricting member 90 that stops movement of the striker which intrudes into the insertion groove 13; and an operation device that moves the movement restricting member 90. The lock member 30 has a plurality of grooves 37-39 which cross the insertion groove 13 and through which the striker is inserted. The movement restricting member 90 is moved in steps to a plurality of positions by the operation device in order to insert the striker through any of the plurality of grooves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20

    【課題】所望の位置でストライカを係合できる車両用ロック装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両用ロック装置は、ストライカが挿通する挿通溝13を有するベース部材と、ベース部材に対して係合方向に付勢されてストライカと係合するロック部材30と、挿通溝13に進入するストライカの移動を止める移動規制部材90と、移動規制部材90を移動させる操作装置とを備える。ロック部材30は、挿通溝13に交差しかつストライカが挿通する複数の溝37〜39を有する。移動規制部材90は、複数の溝のいずれかにストライカを挿通させるために、操作装置により、複数の位置に段階的に移動する。【選択図】図20
