PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of disabled fixing of a plate to be fastened to a body side support plate with sufficient strength caused by a reduction in friction fastening force made by deformation of a washer due to a small contact area between the washer and the plate to be fastened even when the plate having a slot is bolt-fastened by using the commercially available washer.SOLUTION: This bolt fastening structure is provided with: a plate 20 having a bolt slot to be fastened; a body side support plate 21 having a bolt hole; a bolt 22 of a nominal diameter d and a nut 23; and a washer 24 having a bolt round hole, a thickness t, and a distance L from a round hole center to a nearest outer periphery, t≥d/2, and L≥d, and characterized in that the screw part of the bolt 22 is inserted through the washer 24, the plate 20, and the body side support plate 21 in this order, and then engaged with the nut 23, and thus the plate 20 is fastened to the body side support plate 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 長穴を有する被締結板を市販されている座金を用いてボルト締結しようとしても、座金と被締結板との接触面積が小さいため座金の変形によって摩擦締結力が低下し、被締結板を本体側支持板に対し十分な強度で固定できない。【解決手段】 ボルト用の長穴を有する被締結板20と、ボルト用の穴を有する本体側支持板21と、呼び径dのボルト22とナット23と、ボルト用の丸穴を有し、厚さt、丸穴中心から最も近い外周までの距離L、の板であって、t≧d/2、かつ、L≧d、である座板24と、を備え、ボルト22のネジ部が、座板24、被締結板20、本体側支持板21の順に貫通された後、ナット23とねじ合わされることにより、被締結板20が本体側支持板21に締結されるボルト締結構造とした。【選択図】 図4
