PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement box for a railway which is easily adapted to the condition that the number of cables introduced into the box is changed and capable of avoiding deterioration of its rat-repellent function.SOLUTION: An implement box for a railway comprises: a housing (11) having a laterally long opening (11A) formed in a part of its bottom wall; a support member (12) provided in the housing to support an electric apparatus; and a division plate (21) capable of closing the opening, wherein an engaging piece (18) is formed at the edge of one long side of the opening (11A) so as to project upward, the division plate is divided into plural pieces (P1 to P15) along the longitudinal direction of the opening, and a slot (21a) formed so as to be engaged with the engaging piece by setting the depth of the slot larger than the height of the engaging piece is provided on an under surface of each piece at the position corresponding to the engaging piece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】ケーブルの本数が変更になった場合にも、容易に対応できるとともに防鼠機能が損なわれないようにすることができる鉄道用器具箱を提供する。【解決手段】底壁の一部に横長な開口部(11A)が形成されている筐体(11)と、筐体内に設置され電気機器を支持するための支持部材(12)と、前記開口部を閉塞可能な仕切り板(21)とを備えた鉄道用器具箱において、前記開口部(11A)の一方の長辺の縁部には、上方へ向って突出するように係合片(18)を形成し、前記仕切り板は前記開口部の長手方向に沿って複数のピース(P1〜P15)に分割するとともに、各ピースの下面の前記係合片に対応する部位に、その深さが前記係合片の高さよりも大きく設定されることで前記係合片に係合可能に形成された切込み溝(21a)を設けるようにした。【選択図】図3
