PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge device which can perform more appropriate operation, when an abnormality occurs in a communication with an object apparatus, according to its status.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge device 20 performs charge and discharge of a storage battery 41 mounted on an object apparatus 40. The charge/discharge device 20 has: a communication portion 24 communicating with an integrated control device 30 controlling the charge/discharge device 20 and the object apparatus 40; a charge/discharge controlling portion 22 controlling charge and discharge for the storage battery 41 on the basis of a charge/discharge request by the integrated control device 30, the object apparatus 40, and the charge/discharge device 20; and a storage device 220 storing substitutive operation information determining charge/discharge aspects at an occurrence of a communication blackout. When the communication blackout with the object apparatus 40 or the integrated control device 30 is detected while at least one of charge and discharge of the storage battery 41 is performed based on the charge/discharge request, the charge/discharge controlling portion 22 performs the charge/discharge control according to the charge/discharge request on the basis of the substitutive operation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】対象機器との通信に異常が生じた際に、その状況に応じたより適切な動作を行うことの可能な充放電装置を提供する。【解決手段】充放電装置20は、対象機器40に搭載された蓄電池41の充電及び放電を行う。充放電装置20は、充放電装置20を制御する統合制御装置30及び対象機器40と通信を行う通信部24と、統合制御装置30、対象機器40、及び充放電装置20による充放電要求に基づいて蓄電池41に対する充電及び放電を制御する充放電制御部22と、通信途絶が発生した際の充放電態様を定める代替動作情報が記憶された記憶装置220とを備える。充放電制御部22は、充放電要求に基づいて蓄電池41の充電及び放電の少なくとも一方が行われている期間に対象機器40又は統合制御装置30との通信途絶を検出した際に、代替動作情報に基づいて充放電要求に応じた充放電制御を行う。【選択図】図1
