PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure pulse waves by imaging a user, with a simpler configuration.SOLUTION: A pulse wave measurement device 140 includes: a visible light receiving part 102A having a first surface; and a pulse wave calculation part 109A. When a vehicle including the visible light receiving part 102A is seen in side view, the first surface is located in a first region between a first light path of first reflection light and a second light path of second reflection light, the eyes of a user seated on a vehicle seat emit first light and the cheeks of the user emit second light, the upper end of a room front mirror of the vehicle reflects the first light and outputs the first reflection light, the upper end reflects the second light and outputs the second reflection light, and the pulse wave calculation part 109A calculates pulse waves of the user on the basis of the waveform of visible light received by the visible light receiving part 102A via the first surface, and outputs the calculated pulse waves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 29
