PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire rubber composition that achieves both of wear resistance and workability while maintaining good fuel economy, and a pneumatic tire prepared therewith.SOLUTION: A tire rubber composition contains an organic silicon compound represented by the following average composition formula (I), and with the ratio of (the number of sulfur atoms/the number of silicon atoms) of 1.0-1.5 (where x is an average number of sulfur atoms. m is an integer of 6-12 . R-Rare the same or different to represent a C1-6 alkyl group or alkoxy group, at least one of R-Rand at least one of R-Rrepresent the alkoxy group, where R-Rmay form a ring structure bound with the alkyl group or alkoxy group.)SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】低燃費性を維持しつつ、耐摩耗性と加工性の両立が可能となるタイヤ用ゴム組成物、及びこれを用いた空気入りタイヤを提供する。【解決手段】下記平均組成式(I)で表され、かつ硫黄原子の個数/珪素原子の個数が1.0〜1.5である有機珪素化合物を含有するタイヤ用ゴム組成物。[化1](式中、xは、硫黄原子の平均個数を表す。mは、6〜12の整数を表す。R1〜R6は、同一若しくは異なって炭素数1〜6のアルキル基又はアルコキシ基を表し、R1〜R3の少なくとも1つ及びR4〜R6の少なくとも1つが前記アルコキシ基である。なお、R1〜R6は、前記アルキル基又は前記アルコキシ基が結合した環構造を形成したものでもよい。)【選択図】なし
