PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel plan generating apparatus and a computer program, which are capable of generating a travel plan without sudden acceleration or deceleration that give a load to a user.SOLUTION: A navigation apparatus 1 and a computer program executed by the navigation apparatus 1, according to a present embodiment, are constructed in such a manner that a planned travel route on which a vehicle travels is acquired; a position of a traffic signal and a lighting pattern of a traffic light on the planned travel route are acquired; and a travel plan that sets a recommended vehicle speed between the traffic signals when the vehicle travels on the scheduled travel route is created with priority given to such a fact that a speed change of the recommended vehicle speed set between the traffic signals is small.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】ユーザに負担となる急な加速や減速の行われることのない走行計画を生成することを可能にした走行計画生成装置及びコンピュータプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】本実施形態に係るナビゲーション装置1及びナビゲーション装置1で実行されるコンピュータプログラムでは、車両が走行する走行予定経路を取得し、走行予定経路上にある信号機の位置及び信号機の点灯パターンを取得し、車両が走行予定経路を走行する際の信号機間の推奨車速を設定した走行計画を、信号機間に設定された推奨車速の速度変化が小さくことを優先して作成するように構成する。【選択図】図6
