PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of leveling the congestion degree of train passengers.SOLUTION: A measured value of a load sensor 20 installed in each area of a vehicle 18 and a measured value of a load sensor 26 installed in each waiting area 30 corresponding to the area over a present station platform 34 are acquired during traveling of the vehicle 18 between a preceding station and a present station, a measured value of the load sensor 20 of each area after departure of the train from the present station is predicted on the basis of a measured value of the load sensor 20, a measured value of the load sensor 26, and a getting-off estimated weight of each area of the present station, and an average value of the predicted measured values of each area is calculated such that a difference between the predicted measured value and the average value of each area is calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
