PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the introduction of atmospheric air into a nozzle insertion passage through an annular passage at refueling.SOLUTION: A passage forming member attached to a filler neck at a nozzle insertion side at which an oil feed nozzle is inserted has a bulkhead for forming an oil feed nozzle insertion flow passage part in a fuel flow passage at the nozzle insertion side, and forming an annular passage surrounding the insertion flow passage part by dividing it from the insertion flow passage part. In addition to this, the passage forming member comprises an atmospheric air communication hole for making the passage communicates with atmospheric air, a flow passage communication hole for making the passage communicate with an insertion terminal end flow passage part at a downstream side rather than the insertion flow passage part, and a valve mechanism for hindering the passage of atmospheric air in the passage at refueling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】給油時における環状通路を経たノズル挿入通路への大気の導入抑制を図る。【解決手段】給油ノズルが挿入されるノズル挿入側でフィラーネックに装着される通路形成部材は、ノズル挿入側の燃料流路において給油ノズルの挿入流路部を形成すると共に、挿入流路部を取り囲む環状通路を挿入流路部から区画して形成する隔壁部を有する。これに加え、通路形成部材は、隔壁部に、通路を大気に連通する大気連通孔と、通路を挿入流路部より下流側の挿入末端流路部と連通する流路連通孔と、給油時において通路における大気の通過を妨げる弁機構とを備える。【選択図】図2
