PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material which contributes to weight reduction of an instrument panel while inhibiting deterioration of load bearing of the front side of a driver seat and a front passenger seat in a case that a steering support beam is not provided.SOLUTION: An interior material 1 is disposed at the front side of a driver seat of a vehicle and includes: a cylindrical body part 7 extending in a vehicle width direction; and a high rigid part 8 provided on an inner surface of the body part 7 and extending in the vehicle width direction.
