PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb regenerative electric power at the time of a regenerative brake operation of a travelling control device while preventing increase in size of a whole system using a power storage device generally connected to an auxiliary power supply unit.SOLUTION: Auxiliary power supply devices 50, 50A, 50B are parallelly connected to travelling control devices 30, 30A converting input power supplied from a train line 10 on the basis of an operation command output by an operation command unit 70 to perform travelling control, convert the input power to charge the power in a power storage device 60, and include: voltage command determination parts 52, 52A 52B determining an output voltage command as a value smaller than a rated voltage when the travelling control devices 30, 30A perform power running control, and determining the output voltage command as a value larger than the rated voltage when the travelling control devices 30, 30A perform brake control; and a power conversion unit 51 converting input power on the basis of the output voltage command.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
