PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted function proposal method and vehicle-mounted function proposal system capable of proposing appropriate timing of an operation of an on-vehicle device to a user even when there is no analysis data.SOLUTION: A vehicle-mounted function proposal system 100 receives opening/closing information indicating an opening/closing state of an opening/closing device arranged in each vehicle 3, operation information indicating an operation state of an air-conditioner arranged in the vehicle 3, and vehicle environment information including a position of the vehicle 3 from each one of the multiple vehicles 3 so as to store the information. The system identifies a first area where the opening/closing device is changed over into a fully-closed state and also the air-conditioner is changed over from an outside air introduction into an inside air circulation on the basis of opening/closing information, operation information, and vehicle environment information, estimates a second area having a feature being the same as an on-map feature of the identified first area, and proposes the changeover of the opening/closing device into a fully-closed state and the changeover of the air-conditioner from an outside air introduction into an inside air circulation when an own vehicle approaches the second area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】分析データがない場合でも車両搭載機器の操作の適切なタイミングをユーザに提案できる車両搭載機能提案方法及び車両搭載機能提案システムを提供する。【解決手段】車両搭載機能提案システム100は、複数の車両3から、車両3に設置された開閉装置の開閉状態を示す開閉情報と、車両3に設置された空調装置の動作状態を示す動作情報と、車両3の位置を含む車両環境情報とを受信して記憶し、開閉情報と動作情報と車両環境情報とに基づいて、開閉装置を全閉に切り替え、かつ空調装置を外気導入から内気循環に切り替える第1エリアを特定し、特定した第1エリアの地図上の特徴と同じ特徴を有する第2エリアを推定し、自車両が第2エリアに接近した場合、開閉装置の全閉への切り替え及び空調装置の外気導入から内気循環への切り替えを提案する。【選択図】図1
