PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo work vehicle calling device, which allows a cargo work vehicle to switch between an unmanned operation mode and a manned operation mode according to degrees of fatigue even if an operator is not aware of fatigue, and allocates cargo work which brings about less fatigue as cargo work done first in the manned operation mode when the unmanned operation mode is switched to the manned operation mode.SOLUTION: The cargo work vehicle calling device, which calls a cargo work vehicle that can switch between an unmanned operation mode and a manned operation mode, comprises: a fatigue degree determining portion that determines whether or not an operator is tired; and a cargo work fatigue increase determining portion that when a determined result by the fatigue degree determining portion shows that the operator is recovered from fatigue, determines whether or not an increase in fatigue degrees caused by cargo work operation allocated to the operator is above a prescribed increase, and when determining that the increase in the fatigue degrees is above the prescribed increase, decides to make the cargo work vehicle to hold the operation state in the unmanned operation mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
