PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration reducing device for a hybrid vehicle capable of suppressing resonance of the vehicle which may occur when an electric motor is driven by torque from an engine through an odd-numbered variable transmission mechanism.SOLUTION: A vibration reducing device for a hybrid vehicle is configured to: output an engine torque Te to an electric motor through an odd-numbered variable transmission mechanism as well as to output it to an output shaft through an even numbered variable transmission mechanism at a 2-speed pre-N mode, and at this mode, if a differential rotation frequency fa of input and output shafts of a second clutch is within a range between a predetermined value fa1 and a predetermined value fa2 continuously for a predetermined time period Δ t1, as well as an even-numbered clutch torque T2 acting on a second main input shaft is equal to or greater than a predetermined value T2a continuously for the predetermined time period Δ t1, and then; to change a transmission mode to a 2-speed pre-3-speed mode to output the engine torque Te to the output shaft through the even-numbered variable transmission mechanism, as well as, to output a motor torque Tm to the output shaft through the odd-numbered transmission mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
