PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the start timing of a vehicular behavior from causing discomfort of a driver, the behavior generated under an automatic operation.SOLUTION: A drive support method includes: determining whether a travel scene of a vehicle is a given target scene (S11); detecting a drive operation performed by a driver in the target scene, storing either of the detected drive operation and a vehicular behavior generated in the drive operation, and calculating a degree of variation in start timing of a drive operation by the driver in the target scene; causing a vehicular behavior to generate on the basis of either of a drive operation and a vehicular behavior stores in the case of detecting an action intention of the driver while the vehicle travels in the target scene during an automatic operation of the vehicle (S15); and advancing the start timing of the vehicular behavior in the target scene within a range of the calculated degree of variation (S14).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】自動運転時に発生させる車両挙動の開始タイミングが運転者に違和感を与えるのを低減することを目的とする。【解決手段】運転支援方法では、車両の走行シーンが所定の対象シーンであるか否かを判定し(S11)、対象シーンにて運転者により行われた運転操作を検出し、検出した運転操作又はこの運転操作により発生した車両挙動の何れか一方を記憶するさらに、対象シーンにおける運転者による運転操作の開始タイミングのばらつき度合いを算出する。車両の自動運転時において、車両が対象シーンを走行中に運転者の行動意図を検出した場合に記憶した運転操作又は車両挙動の何れか一方に基づいて車両挙動を発生させ(S15)、対象シーンにおける車両挙動の開始タイミングを、算出したばらつき度合いの範囲内で早める(S14)。【選択図】図5
