PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle communication device, a vehicle allocation system, and an on-vehicle communication method that can transmit vehicle allocation instruction to an appropriate vehicle at low cost.SOLUTION: The on-vehicle communication device according to an embodiment comprises a storage unit, a reception unit, a determination unit, and a transfer unit. The storage unit stores situation information indicating current situation of an own vehicle and another vehicle. The reception unit receives vehicle allocation instruction giving instruction allocating a vehicle to a designated place. The determination unit determines whether to accept the vehicle allocation instruction received by the reception unit on the basis of the situation information stored in the storage unit. The transfer unit transfers the vehicle allocation instruction to the other vehicle if the determination unit determines that it does not accept the vehicle allocation instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】低コストで配車指示を適切な車両へ送信することができる車載通信装置、配車システムおよび車載通信方法を提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態に係る車載通信装置は、記憶部と、受信部と、判定部と、転送部とを備える。記憶部は、自車両および他車両の現在の状況を示す状況情報を記憶する。受信部は、指定された場所への配車を指示する配車指示を受信する。判定部は、記憶部に記憶された状況情報に基づき、受信部によって受信された配車指示を受領するか否かを判定する。転送部は、判定部によって配車指示を受領しないと判定された場合に、配車指示を他車両へ転送する。【選択図】図2
